Some of this depends on how much you eat. Those that really need high protein would go to your protein shake, yet far more than one cup.
Even my coffee cup is two cups. And I really don't eat anything without at least two cups of liquid. That's on top of anything else.

I make those roll up things in my truck. I get cold cuts and and 2 avocados at a grocery store and eat in the parking lot.
