We filter our water and also have a water filter attached to fridge freezer to pour , I think it tastes nicer.

Spring water

Purified water is nothing. Go for either distilled or spring.

@Magicianzini Distilled water is not good, because it does not contain the trace minerals we need, and I think that lack also makes it harder for the body to absorb it.

My take is that bottled water is always a bad call unless you're storing for an emergency. But for drinking, spring water is best because it retains minerals in the filtration process.

Purified.
Raw spring water is not necessarily safe from harmful bacteria, depending on the nature of its aquifer and the use of the land above it.
By "purified" I mean filtered to remove sediment and micro-organisms; but not its natural rock minerals. We need certain ones of them. They are in solution so should pass through a filter anyway.
There should be no need to buy bottled water anyway, unless you live in a country with routinely very poor mains-water quality and safety standards.

@Gibbon That's good. I would hope it is, too.
One once-major spring-water bottler in England had to cease production because the water was becoming too contaminated to sterilise sufficiently safely. Its source was at the base of the Malvern Hills, but these are very popular with local and visiting walkers with increasing numbers of pet dogs that are increasingly contaminating the soil.

Allegedly spring water.

They both have microplastics. Which one has more is a debate that never ends... NEVER!
