Are you old enough to remember when fast food was actually good?

When I was a kid, the fries at McDonalds were great and always hot - there were just potatoes fried in oil. Wendy's square burgers were real burgers. I worked at Burger King and Taco Bell in the early 1980s and the food was way better back in those days. Most fast food places made food that almost looked like the pictures in the advertisements. There were more employees that gave a shit about doing a good job. You got reasonable portions (at reasonable prices) and it was more REAL food - not bio manufactured crap of today. There is no fast food burger worth nearly $10 but that is what they charge now.
