Milk - to be or not to be? - what is 'milk' to you?

I don't drink milk or have it with cereal. Never liked it, I used to be allergic to it as a kid. I have cereal dry never with anything added unless I sprinkle some raw sugar (rare - usually on with crushed Weetbix). I'm 'black toast' intolerant to this day lol.

What do you believe qualifies to be called 'milk'? There are non-animal 'milk' products that are hip and trendy like soy, almond and oat 'milk' yet they do not come from the tit of an animal. Should they be called 'milk'?

So do you drink or have milk (or 'milk') in your diet or not?

Do you only drink or have 'real milk' (from the tit of an animal) or do you buy into the hip/trendy/woke culture of non-milk milk?

Maybe not relevant, but I have no attraction to human boobs as a singular object (or human boob milk either) and don't believe I was boob-fed as a baby.

There's also a thing here called 'A2 milk' now. From the A2 milk website:

"A2 milk is a type of cow's milk that contains only the A2-type beta-casein protein, lacking the A1 protein found in most conventional dairy milk. It is sourced from cows selected through DNA testing to naturally produce only this protein."

I don't know what sort of 'health benefit' that's supposed to give over 'normal' moo cow milk.

I've never liked the taste or smell of non-off milk, or believed most of the claimed 'health benefits' touted by the dairy industry, etc. plus I'd never actually smelt 'off' milk for the first time until just recently. Thinking about drinking milk makes me feel like puking.

I love milk. Was raised on real raw cows milk, but now I have to buy it, and it is dead milk. Law has so many ways to regulate it, just because it is fighting anything that is real and works.

I like real milk.
I buy Graham's Gold - it is extra creamy milk from Jersey cows.
On cereal, I add some thick cream, perhaps a few strawberries or sliced banana and then this milk.

I have never tried any of the artificial 'milks'.
