What is your favorite type of food?

Okay, so I do love me some good Italian. And I mean Italian, not the Americanized Italian we get here. And Spanish Tapas!! Omg, I can sit there all day and nibble. Don't get me started on Turkish Kebabs! Yum.

yes i had real Turkey kabobs when i went. i love all foreign food except Indian and chinese.

@akindheart I've had a few Indian meals I like, but in general it's not my favorite cuisine. And I'm reserving judgement on Chinese food because I've only really ever had "Americanized Chinese," not the real stuff.

@sarabee1995 yes i hate the Indian spices. too earthy for me and believe me i tried. that is what i found out when i went to china. the food was terrible because i was use to the americanized dishes

@akindheart Yes, exactly, regarding the spices. My palate is just not ready for them. 🤷‍♀

@sarabee1995 i agree. when i travel, i try to keep an open mind but no matter what, my palate hated it.

@akindheart Yeah, the open mind to new tastes is important but in the end we like what we like. I've endure many meals I thought sounded good only to find out it just wasn't for me. A few of those have been within Indian cuisine. I think that one in particular and maybe a few others are "acquired tastes".

@emiliya Indian is really popular over here. i love chinese over here but it is really bland in China....
