What is your favorite type of food?

Okay, so I do love me some good Italian. And I mean Italian, not the Americanized Italian we get here. And Spanish Tapas!! Omg, I can sit there all day and nibble. Don't get me started on Turkish Kebabs! Yum.

@JoyfulSilence Mmmm ... I do love our Americanized Chinese, but it's my understanding that it's not really anything like what they eat over there. I want to try authentic Chinese someday.
