What is your favorite type of food?

Okay, so I do love me some good Italian. And I mean Italian, not the Americanized Italian we get here. And Spanish Tapas!! Omg, I can sit there all day and nibble. Don't get me started on Turkish Kebabs! Yum.

Fried chicken made with an iron skillet

@jackjjackson Oh you'd never get me to turn away from a good fried chicken.

How do you make it?

Completely dry chicken parts. Dredge in flour. Cook in 350 degree cotton seed oil in well seasoned iron skillet until golden brown. Review carefully with tongs. Let dry off on a stack of paper towels. @sarabee1995
