Anyone have a good comfort food recipe?
Whether a pot pie, or maybe casserole, I'd like to try something new to make.

Take two packets of ramen noodles add a can of sweet corn, include the juice, add water to cover, when boiling crack in three eggs and scramble them in, when noodles are done eggs are done, drain, stir in seasoning packs and shredded cheese, stir in sour cream, add pepper, seasoning has enough salt, plate, enjoy. I also like frozen peas and diced carrots with it too.
