Why did you choose tea over coffee?

I prefer tea, but I like it with milk and sugar so I drink black coffee now since that won’t break my fast. However, I love the times I get to enjoy high tea.

@samueltyler2 I love it. I feel great, and my body responds well to it. I like the health benefits.
