I actually eat at least one food every day (well almost if I remove Sundays). I basically eat only twice a day and the one thing that keeps me satiated most of the day is the following:
- fine oats
- milk
- a handful of walnuts, cashews, almonds or pecans
- seasonal fruit like apples, blackberries, strawberries or mango and banana
I prepare a bowl in the morning and take it with me for my lunch break.
In the evenings, I try to eat light with salads and chicken bits.
Now, if I would not care about calories or putting on weight, then give me pasta and any kind of potatoes with Swiss cheeses like Gruyère or Emmentaler.
