It’s excellent. Especially the curries with coconut milk. There are several really good restaurants here with great lunch specials and it’s good to try the different foods that way. The Chicken Tom Kha soup is something that I craved a lot when I was dealing with colon cancer and learned that I could even eat curry with no bad side effects. It helped my appetite so much I stopped losing weight and started gaining some of it back.

I'll add....
Pad Thai is a safe starting point. I perfer Pad See Ew, which has more ingredients and is less sweet.
They also have a wide range of curries most of which have a coconut milk base and taste quite different from Indian curries.

I LOVED the Garlic chicken at a Thai place near me years ago. It was soooo good. I recently made my own chicken stir fry , just chicken and peppers and rice, and I added garlic powder this time to the chicken. It tasted like the dish at the Thai place!!! I am going to do it every time now. Mmmm Thai is the best. Try their Thai Iced tea too... Amazing.

I live close to a Thai place. It's yummy and relatively healthy.

@Crazywaterspring how is it healthy
Zonuss · 46-50, M
@Monalisasmith86 Because it is natural.
It has plenty of nutrients.
And it gives you energy.
You never feel gas or drained.

Lucky to even have a Korean restaurant here. I believe it's the only Eastern restaurant in this whole city.
There simply isn't even an American restaurant here. Unless you consider fast food.
Yeah, I have had Thia food. And I have had hotter. Just not here.
The hottest was actually in Wyoming. The mother of a friend was stewing a kettle of habaneros. Like a witch creating some horrific brew.

Thai cuisine is top notch , and they’re in a tough neighborhood culinarily speaking (Japan Vietnam Korea China )
Zonuss · 46-50, M
@AthrillatheHunt Yes. You're right. Because there is a Japanese restaurant here I have gone to thousands of times.
But Thai cuisine beats the crap outta it. ☺
