What are you like when it comes to food you've never tried?

Do you explore or are you open minded?

I for one am so open minded that I'd try just about anything. The other day I saw a video of a Chinese lady preparing street food and guess what was on the menu: Snake. I was creeped out at first because snakes are super scary but when she was done I was so ready to try that snake meat😄.

I am more open to eating weird seafood. I've eaten raw octopus tentacle. It was rather thick, and the sucker pods were right THERE...but ate it anyway. It was rubbery. I once tried to swallow a raw oyster, too...but it was way too large, and I nearly choked.
