@AthrillatheHunt I don't think you're supposed to eat animals with pads on their feet, bear, dog, cougar, lion, cat, monkey, fox.....
I remember my grandfather saying more than once "you can always eat a porcupine"
But he was from a rural area and needed to eat. I think porcupines have pads on their feet

@JohnnySpot good rule of thumb. I’m okay eating every mammal except primates. Never been offered dog but I doubt I’d say no. I love rabbit.

@AthrillatheHunt Good point, a neighbor used to raise rabbits to eat ,they have pads on their feet but it doesn't seem objectable.
