Are you good at eating your veggies?

I don't hate greens but they just don't have the same appeal as bread. My mum keeps her bread in the freezer and only eats it once a week, if that. I put mine in the freezer too but then I hear it calling me from the living room.
I'm sorry I am not a fan of avocado toast, so it has to be:
Cheese on toast.
Black cherry jam on toast.
Marmalade on toast for breakfast.
Baked beans on toast.
Heinz tomato soup.
Then there is bread pudding - no, not bread and butter pudding. A far cry from it and one thing I loved growing up.

The real McCoy.

I fear I am not overly fond of breads as a rule...however, I do have a few favorites...Cheddar Bay Biscuits which are like cheesy, salted scones in texture...foccacia bread...and dense homemade quickbreads, such as banana nut bread, orange cranberry nut bread...and so on.

I DO love veggies. I am very, very fond of chopped salad, which primarily incorporates cabbage. I also love kale salad with sweet dijon dressing and sweet craisins. I LOVE spinach, and, if done properly, I love baked creamed spinach.

ALL other veggies are under my "approved" list...though I do have to say I prefer them cooked, in stir fries, or steamed, with olive oil margarine on top.

@4meAndyou I love foccacia bread too, I usually make my own out the pizza dough I make.
