i had organic grits with 2 spicy veggie sausage beyond burger patties for breakfast and 2 cups of coffee plus a square of dark chocolate. and for lunch i had spicy korean ramen noodles with 2 egg whites. dinner should be arugula salad with mozzarella cubes, grape tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette or sauteed cabbage with fresh shitake mushrooms with oyster sauce depending on what im in the mood for.
