Hot soulful food I cooked before gym.watyal think ?

Potato mash, cooked with onion, finished with dried oil fried red pepper, roti deep fried in oil, fried eggs and pickles will supplement with added proteins aswell.

So sorry, but you should be eating 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of broccoli, 1 tortilla (small), and 1 of something else. Please conform to the mandated rations during this "Golden Age."
