I often wonder why we dont count carbs as much as calories. Calories arent good but to much carbs can cause high blood suger and lead to all sorts of conplications.

@BeachGirl47 If you want to lose weight, carbs and sugar are the first things to cut. That’s the easiest way to get in fat burn mode
