@Nightwings We did and tartare is a common upscale restaurant food; not something mom makes at home and a lot of people are still scared by it

@CountScrofula It's very common in Denmark where I'm from, my dad would make it for me at home ever since I was kid haha. You can buy tatare meat in every Danish supermarket, and sterilized egg yolks for it. =D
