@CountScrofula It's very common in Denmark where I'm from, my dad would make it for me at home ever since I was kid haha. You can buy tatare meat in every Danish supermarket, and sterilized egg yolks for it. =D

@Younameit Tartare is safe if you go to a fancy place cause higher quality beef has a waaaaay low bacteria risk. A buffet is far riskier than that or the egg.

The drink was a house concoction called a Tyrian. Pisco (Peruvian brandy), Arak (Lebanese anise booze), kefir, lemon, lavender, and basil.
