Dinner hit the spot 😋
Had baked chicken, roasted potatoes, and green beans tonight — nothing fancy but it slapped 😂 added a roll and some sweet tea and suddenly it felt like a five-star meal. Simple dinners just hit different sometimes.

Here's what I made last night (with a small Caesar salad to the side)...

I used all the ingredients listed there but added beef bullion to the chicken bullion for that extra flavor. I add some Louisiana Hot Sauce to the side to add that kick. Yummy! This brought the cats howling at the door to get in!
