Little food hack

I really wanted Mac and cheese tonight but I'm trying to watch calories and cholesterol. I found whole wheat pasta and after melting a bit of Velveeta and a sprinkle of cheddar, it came out awesome! It had 8 grams fiber and you honestly couldn't really taste the wheat flavor. Is regular better, yes. But for a healthier switch I might do it more often !!

Look at her. The good that the whole wheat pasta did to her is gone because she is drooling over your suggestion and she put on like 300 grams just looking at the picture. Nasty!

@Stephie I use fresh pasta not dried...way less calories.
