When you order just ask for little bit of ice or even no ice, they always give what you want

Could it be so you get less

Tell them before hand what you prefer

You know that's a way for them to save money

Ask for little to no ice


They prefer for you to file all your complaints on Sunday

Just take them out.
Sonic does the same thing.

I always ask no ice
