I made a Thai Chicken Red Curry last night for dinner. I kind of followed a recipe and said to season to taste for my preffered heat Level

Dear God never give me that kind of power. I went so hard on it that it was unbelievably spicy. I had to have a bowl of rice with it to eat it. NEXT Time I'll maybe take down a notch or two.

A couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt tones it down if you're heavy handed.

@RosaMarie I did add that too, it did help. I'll probably eat some leftovers for lunch and add the Greek yogurt
