What home-cooked meals do you enjoy the most?

I love Mexican food, so I’m always trying out recipes. I also began re-vamping those dishes and the Creole foods my grandmother taught me—in a more diabetic-friendly vein (yes, it’s doable !) So I cook much more now, for friends and family, too.

I love to make spicy food, Indian curries and Chilli Con Carne are two of my favourites but a traditional Sunday roast cannot be beaten.

Beef or chicken roasts, with root vegetables, in the middle of winter on dark, cold nights. Puts me in the most pleasant of comas 😌

I cook a lot of Mexican inspired meals, I very much enjoy soups too.

Stew or any comfort food 👍🏻

Steak. Buffalo wings. Pork chops mash potatoes.

Potato Chowder. Tri tip.

Those are my favs.

I likes to heat me up a can of chicken noodle soup and put some onion in it. Yummado!
