They're the closest thing to vegan hot dogs without being totally inedible

I prefer fresh Bratwurst to the normal "wieners" you get at the store. They even make buns for them now!

Mustard, chili, cheese, onion, and sweet relish on a fresh bun! So good!

I have heard people making them from seasoned tofu...But I can't imagine eating that.
