Ideas for using honey ham?

It's Carando spiral deli ham... delicious. But I typically use it the same way..on an egg sandwich or in omelettes.
Any other ideas, in addition to grilled ham and cheese, that I could use it for?

Here are my ideas to have it with mashed potatoes with gravy, a green veggie, and a hard roll

Make Pumpernickel Ham Hero sandwiches. Great for work

Grind some up and make a ham spread. Great way to use up left overs

Cube some up and make pasta salads. Geat side dishes or pot lucks.

You can can it to store it and use it another day. Canning meat is easier then you think it is.
