I have been eating frozen mixed berries or frozen blueberries with a cup of Oikos yogurt that is sweetened with stevia. Very healthy and tasty snack. I don’t crave ice cream any more. Also make some smoothies with all healthy ingredients and sweetened with a bit of stevia that taste like they could be frozen and eaten like ice cream…sweet potato cinnamon that tasted similar to pumpkin pie, wild blueberry, Japanese purple sweet potatoes and dark chocolate-raspberry among other flavors. I bought the deep purple sweet potatoes today at Sprouts and am going to cook them and use them with wild blueberries and coconut milk to make smoothies. Am going to freeze some of it in jars and have them for snacks when I feel like a frozen dessert. I have been also making my own trail mix with a variety of ingredients including small bits of dark chocolate, a few dry fruit and a variety of nuts.
