There are things. Look for snacks without preservatives and stuff. Simple ingredient crackers and cheese, yoghurts but ones without all the sugar and extras, fruit, nuts, granolas. But it can get way more inter than all this...there's a lot of instagram/facebook cooks that teach healthy eating but make it yummy
