Unsurprisingly, the crab tacos were absolutely delicious! π
I found a recipe that involves mincing the crab meat in a sauce made of Greek yogurt, lime juice, hot sauce (I used Tapatio) and an assortment of spices while adding sliced avocado, cilantro and jalapeΓ±o, all on flour tortillas. I made them at my sisterβs, who was even nice enough to help me prep the two crabs we were using, and they turned out wonderful! Iβm pleased my sister and her family enjoyed them too, but I was mainly making them for Desmond. He loves tacos and has never had crab tacos before. He really enjoyed them and even gave me a kiss for making them. Oof, my heart. π₯Ήπ
