There is a huge uproar on Tik Tok about this current issue today. States are now putting limitations on what you can purchase with EBT cards. No more chips and soda and sweets can be bought anymore through the SNAP program. And that you can only buy fruits, vegetables, bread, dairy and meats. Hmmmmm. Do you believe that this is fair ? Do you believe the government should be telling US what to eat. The floor is yours SW. Best answer wins.☺🍊

No. Its a waist of time and just adds more expensive and convoluted bureaucracy.
People complain that people on SNAP " BuYiNG StEaK and LobStEr". Sure some do but most dont and who cares one way or the other. They clearly dont understand how food stamps work. It cost the taxpayer the same no matter what they eat. They get so many dollars to spend and the more expensive food they get, the less food they get. Its a nothingburger issue.
As far as junk food goes. Again you have a set amount to spend. Our broken ass country and fiod supply has made it that junk food is the cheapest food. So again, they often choose it because limited spending limits pushes you to go for the cheapest calories most often.
Maybe we should stop pickjng on desperate and poor people and start targeting rich fucks who milk the rest of society dry.
