Do you have dessert every day or often after your meal?

I’ve been reading posts/comments that some of you have dessert regularly. I’m curious about this because I was raised that we only had dessert on special occasions

Hardly ever and then only if it's what i call a proper dessert, none of this pretentious roulade or souffle stuff for me.
I believe that if you have room for dessert, the meal wasn't big enough.
