I slow cooked it on high for 6hrs instead of low for 8. My mistake, but still turned out really good. Eldest went for seconds! She said it was better than the one we had at the restaurant!🥰🤤♥
I'll make it again. It's called Slow Cooker Pulled Korean Beef. And next time I'll make sure we have burger buns and coleslaw.
