Every time I make a casserole it never f!@#$ing cooks!

I followed the directions and put it on 350 degrees for 30 minutes and it's still cold, FFS!!!

How strange. It may need a bit longer to cook but shouldn't be cold. Is it hot inside the oven? Where is the rack placement?

@Magenta I had the rack in the middle but I moved it down to the bottom and gave it another half hour. It was cooked after that.
