I've been drinking a little tonight, so your post reminds me of the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. They were in a brew pub in Duluth, and I enjoyed them with an IPA.

I wonder whether the reason we don't see them in the big chains is that for some reason it is hard to produce them in such gigantic quantities.

@DrWatson Where is Duluth? Surprisingly Great Value sweet potato fries are really good!!Oh maybe it's difficult to make in larger quantities, didn't know that. I thought maybe it was more expensive?

@Coralmist Sorry. There is more than one city with that name. I am referring to the one in Minnesota on Lake Superior.
