I could eat breakfast food every meal. I like a variety, though. Sometimes I’m in the mood for the basic eggs and potatoes. I also like making omelettes. I bake my own bread from scratch, which means French toast is on the menu sometimes.

@smileylovesgaming I love pancakes, too. I add a scoop of malt to my recipe before I mix it up, which gives it a little extra. We’ve got access to local maple syrup here, too. I just have to do that and French toast as an occasional treat thanks to the whole diabetic thing.
