White or Brown?

...Sugar.

I prefer brown sugar in my coffee. No creamer necessary, unless that coffee is so strong it can cause palpitations.

I prefer white sugar in my tea. Milk is optional, unless I am drinking it in the presence of the Englishfolk.

Since I was diagnosed with Diabetes about 8 years ago I have cut out sugar completely in drinks. In certain dishes I still sometimes add a little - I'm completely unimpressed with sugar substitutes. And creamer is an abomination - though i do on very rare occasions add proper thick cream to coffee.
