are companies poisoning our food & drink

i just watched a youtube video about how food products and drink products don't taste like they used to..ie- chicken, beef, certain soft drinks and other stuff...and the man thought its because of all the chemicals they put in our food and drink now......also, how they are shrinking our food products and drink, but you pay more for it now..

should i be overly concerned about this? are you worried about it?

I really began taking a closer look into this about a year ago. Really looking at ingredients and such. It's very eye opening. I no longer buy certain products for this reason. Opting to make others from scratch so that I know exactly what I am consuming.

@HiYou12 I eat clean as well. I meal prep all 3 daily meals for the entire week each week. Only use fresh ingredients. You'd think it would get boring but usually it doesn't. Plus I don't have to cook or clean up but once a week. 😁

So much unnecessary other ingredients in food. Eat organic when possible and avoid highly processed foods, read ingredient labels. Avoid highly seed oils like sunflower, canola and even vegetable oils. Use olive oil or avocado oil.

Just have to be food wise and picky these days.

I try to eat mostly raw foods and get eggs from a friend that has her own chickens. It's terrible what's in the food. I won't do fast food anymore.

Nope, they're just making money. The poison stuff is just an unfortunate byproduct of the process. Been a problem for a long time.
