Or wait for lunch?

I typically wait for lunch but sometimes I like some pancakes. I'm thinking of doing eggs Benedict this weekend..

Breakfast is my favorite meal but on weekends my fiancé likes to sleep in and she definitely waits for lunch. So I sometimes grab a breakfast sandwich out somewhere or make one myself at home.

Right now we have a loaf of sourdough bread made by one of my neighbors. It has ham and cheese in the bread. I'm planning on frying up an egg and maybe adding some bacon and more cheese to it in about an hour. 😁
