I typically wait for lunch but sometimes I like some pancakes. I'm thinking of doing eggs Benedict this weekend..

Week ends I like to cook a good breakfast, fried leftover pork roast, home fries, scrambled eggs, coffee, toasted English muffins with strawberry jam, then go lay back down till 1 in afternoon
