I recently gave up traditional soda for prebiotic sodas. They are lower in sugar and calories and overall a healthier alternative.

@RisingMorningStar7 Yeah .....significantly less than a traditional soda. Regular Coca cola has something like 39 grams and the Poppi (for instance) has 5 grams.
