Maybe 3 per week. Usually a flavored sparkling water but occasionally a sugar free soda. Sometimes I’ll add juice to a sparkling water. What about you?
@itsok since I'm not doing so welll I made it habit two drink two a day, but its only recent habit. I have psychosis so I'm accustom to my psyhcotic lifestyle.
