Sour milk smells and tastes very unpleasant well before you could drink enough of it to be ill.
Even slight souring shows itself; though I have occasionally, accidentally drunk maybe a cup-full (on cereal) without harm.
So perhaps if something is disagreeing with you, it may not be sour milk.

@ArishMell I think my tolerance for milk and dairy in general is less as I get older anyways. Is that possible?

@Ghostinthemachine I am not a doctor or nutrionist but you could be right. Try cutting down the milk products and see what happens.
