Lobster. I shouldn't say that, because I live in Massachusetts where lobsters from our ice cold water are a major source of income for our fishermen...but Alaskan King Crab Legs are 10 times better, as regards tenderness and flavor.

@MarineBob I just use scissors. Nothing to it. Lobsters are actually more difficult.
