Cooking questions if you dont mind

Looking for seasoning advice. On my path to eating healthier and get in shape I've gotten into cooking for myself. Nothing extravagant just yet. I primarily use a rice cooker and grill. Heres essentially what i cook and eat everyday. Jasmin rice cooked in chicken broth (gonna do bone broth for extra protein next) seasoned with onion powder, garlic and ranch powder topped with shredded cheddar. Some kind of steamed veggie, usually broccoli, 2 scrambled eggs with the same seasoning and some sort of meat usually cooked in terriyaki. The meat isnt the issue, i want to make the rice, eggs and veggies taste better but they usually come out rather bland.

Also been experimenting making my own frozen greek yogurt bars. Trying a mint chocolate this time. Lots of whey smoothies too.

there are a few seasonings available over the counter,I prefer cumin personally .
or if you’re looking for some quick garnish, use chili oil and fried garlic .Usually works for me if I eat steamed veggies
Frying vegetables might be better. You could also try adding mushrooms for a different flavour, too. Those can either be fried or grilled if you have a flat grill.

Also avoid mixed bags of veg.

I usually stir frying vegetables with some onion and chili.
For scrambled egg, I just add some salt and black pepper with some milk. Or id just make hard boiled eggs.
Brewers or nutritional yeast is good especially if you are going to the gym. You don’t need much of it.
