Cheesecakes…

Cheesecakes aren’t always round.
Made this chocolate and regular filling w/strawberries

cheesecake in a loaf pan and tried a new crust method.
Used some Bailey’s and some brandy.
Turned out pretty good. I am
Ok with the cracked topping. It happens.

Looks delicious. I wish that i could eat cheesecake. But my brain will just not allow me to. I cant eat anything mushy or pie like.
