I've heard that some people have bacon and eggs for breakfast. Is that actually true?

Bacon and eggs? I don't mind bacon and eggs (on bread, as a sandwich) for dinner or tea, but for breakfast? I've only ever had breakfast cereal, because that's what it's for. Lately I've been eating a lot of muesli.

We certainly do, you cannot beat a "full English breakfast"

@MrAverage1965 😳🤢🤮

LOL, I'm sorry, but that looks absolutely disgusting. Imagine the kilojoules! Wow. You'd pile on a lot of weight if you had that every morning.

@Pambie Very few people eat it everyday it's mainly a Sunday morning treat. Although if you stay in a hotel in the UK it will be available every day as a breakfast option. You certainly don't need lunch if you have this for breakfast. It can be delicious if you choose quality bacon and sausages.

@MrAverage1965 Oh okay, my mistake. Yes, if you had that for breakfast you wouldn't want lunch, or anything else for the rest of the day.

@Pambie Amazingly low in carbohydrate and the effect of high protein/low carbs sets the body up better than cereal in the morning. I couldn't eat one every day and I am too lazy to cook it. Lets see who works out what the round black items are :-)
