Home made perogies!

I made homemade perogies with potato and smokey cheddar filing. There was also this Polish farmer's cheese. It was fun to slow down and make them.

I have a memory of my mom and grandma trying to make them one Easter in my youth. They were struggling with the dough and arguing enough about it they kicked me out of the kitchen and I've been afraid to even ever try making them myself in my adulthood.

@Starcrossed I don't know whether to laugh or feel sad about that story lol Typical mother/daughter cooking fight. Sometimes this dish are sacred to people.
