Home made perogies!

I made homemade perogies with potato and smokey cheddar filing. There was also this Polish farmer's cheese. It was fun to slow down and make them.

I'm going to try those. At first glance of your photo I thought they were pasties. But they are actually a boiled dumpling?

@meggie yes I only had them on a baking tray to freeze, you boil them .
