Home made perogies!

I made homemade perogies with potato and smokey cheddar filing. There was also this Polish farmer's cheese. It was fun to slow down and make them.

Always satisfying to eat your own home cooking. Is the potato cooked before putting it in the pastry?

@FreddieUK Yes I made mashed potatoes with the cheese first and scooped it into each.
