@Sojournersoul They make fish n' chips everywhere, and it isn't very nuanced is it. I love New England f&c, Cod or Haddock.

If you like gourmet, I believe that for a small fortune there are many well regarded restaurants that will serve you a sliver of something garnished with a slice of carrot and something exotic on a nicely decorated plate.
I was told sheep balls were good, 🐏
